Staff was friendly and explained what they were doing as well as being quick!
my fiancé pulled in slightly too far to the left on the lift but fixable. rather than the service tech being polite he yelled and asked him “do you know how to drive?!”. yelled some more and didn’t apologize. we’ll never come back. sure the oil change and tire rotation is fine. we weren’t offered a discount for being treated like crap either. closest place to our house too. what a damn shame. that guy should get fired.
As a return customer, I was pleased to see Sam again as well as Kevin and Angel. They were all professional and so kind. With service like this I will continue to be a customer. Deborah Gill 4/8/23.
