I pulled in and told the staff what I needed. They were welcoming and friendly. They completed my oil change and inspection documentation quickly. They seemed very knowledgeable about types of vehicles and the needs associated with each brand.

I went to get my oil changed and a state inspection. I thought they closed at 6 pm and I arrived at 4:50 pm. I told them I made a mistake and would come back sometime if needed but they took me right in and did an excellent job. They were really nice to me and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I had to get an oil change cause I was planning a trip out of town. The place I usually go could not do it on Sat., so I went to Strickland Brother’s in Oak Ridge, NC. They had 4, or 5 guys working in the Bay Area when I arrived. I told them what kind of oil I wanted, & they were very efficient, & did a great job taking care of me. I will go back, & I highly recommend them as well. Thanks again for great customer service.
