Long wait but inspection was quick. Mechanic, Jacob Marshall, was courteous.

Normally, this location isn’t my preferred place for an oil change. However today’s experience changed my perception of Strickland Brothers. The new staff at the OakRidge location was energetic, courteous, and professional. Above all else they provided excellent customer service. Thank You for a great experience. Will be seeing you soon!

Oil change and inspection on a Nissan Rogue. Jacob provided inspection information we did not know that saves us money. Staff seemed knowledgeable and respectful.
