Oil change and inspection on a Nissan Rogue. Jacob provided inspection information we did not know that saves us money. Staff seemed knowledgeable and respectful.

Well, it only took 3 separate trips to get my oil changed. The first time I was told they can drain my oil but can’t put any back in cause the pump was not working “huh”. The second trip I was told there was only one person working and they turned me away. By now I usually go elsewhere but convenience prevailed due to my schedule so on my third trip there they were able to complete my oil change. I have 3 cars I take there but seriously have to think about going elsewhere.
