great experience! they were outside waving people to come in as there wasn’t a wait, i probably would have forgotten to stop and get my oil changed if it hadn’t been for that 😂 the guys were all very kind and helped explain to me some things going on with my car. very knowledgeable and helpful crew

The staff was great and friendly, but the service took longer than 10-minutes (more like 20). Additionally, they quoted $89 when I arrived, but neglected to inform me of the add-ons until I was presented the bill when they were done. Bill was $124.

First time having an oil change at the new Westport Road location. All of the service technicians were helpful, courteous and quick to get my oil change completed. In my 25+ years in customer service, I have to say the gentleman there were a notch above the current norm at some service establishments. Keep up the good work, we will be back.
