Robert was able to help me find an oil filter at local parts store and then he installed. He was very professional and knows a LOT about cars. He’s top talent and I hope he goes far and owns his own shop one day.

I genuinely think my first visit to Goose Creek Road Strickland Brothers was one of the most rewarding and pleasurable retail experiences I can recall. Tay and his courteous co-worker went above and beyond and were highly informative. Tay also diagnosed and fixed a nagging rattling noise at no extra charge. I will be a regular customer from now on, and highly recommend them to others.

Tay took great care of me and my wife’s car today. He greeted me nicely, guided me into the bay, and then he and his partner got right to work. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was also very nice. I was a little disappointed that she didn’t blow off the cabin filter when I had to put off replacing it. My experience was good and I left feeling like I had made a couple of new friends.

Decent experience. Confused on where to enter; 2 bays but 1 partially closed. Challenge moving car behind me so I could enter other bay. Tried to upsell, but overall decent.
