Good morning Strickland Bro's team. Wanted to drop a review on your guy Pat that I had the pleasure of meeting this morning. When driving to work today, all of my tire pressure gauges went yellow. And I know that my back left was low already, so that one was very low. Well I went to several places looking for air. Hardware stores compressor didn't work, and gas station compressors weren't working, assuming due to the frigid cold and ice. The service was excellent
The guys was very helpful and quick service,they showed me everything they were doing and recommended things for me
No waiting! Staff was friendly and professional! More thorough equipment checks (lights, turn signals, wiper blades, etc.) than other places. The greeter helped me set up the auto-notification on my car - I didn’t know there WAS a notification! (128k miles and it had never been set up before!) I had stopped at a competitor closer to home. Employees should be honest or at-least know the correct pricing of any service! I was told one price then charged another price. This was my first and sadly my last.
