No waiting! Staff was friendly and professional! More thorough equipment checks (lights, turn signals, wiper blades, etc.) than other places. The greeter helped me set up the auto-notification on my car - I didn’t know there WAS a notification! (128k miles and it had never been set up before!) I had stopped at a competitor closer to home. One bay was in service, and there were 3 employees that looked to be standing around and ignoring me. I waited 4 minutes and left. What a very pleasant experience at SB!! I will be ... read more
