I was satisfied with the oil change but the technician broke my back windshield wiper. I asked him to check it and see why it wasn't working. He said, yep it's broken. Later, when I saw it, apparently he had pulled the wiper off. It's now hanging down, and I know it wasn't like that before.

I was greeted and offered a complimentary bottle of water. These guys were very friendly and treated me like I was their grandma-with respect and cared that I was getting good service.
