Very professional and timely.
Like most people I hate the car buying process, so I don’t give top scores. We met with Jeremy Fry, and he listened carefully to our wants and applied no pressure. We dismissed the hybrid Forester. The screen seemed too high tech. We settled on a year old vehicle with low miles after driving both.
Subaru of Bend always do an amazing job. Today I had to replace brakes. They also suggested some other things that should be done coming up. I couldn’t do it all at once so I said it would have to wait until next month. I’m a senior widow on a fixed budget. They were very understanding. When I left it was raining, tried to use my washers and found it was empty. I made made it home to fill it so no problem.
