We have purchased 2 cars in the past 3 weeks here a new 2019 Outback and a slightly used 2011 Outback. Lee Stearns did an OUTSTANDING job wrt both purchases. He is responsive, knowledgeable, and does a great job of LISTENING to the customer. Very highly recommended! I should have wrote this a long time ago. My car was parked outside of Subaru of Portland and I left my lights on. The nicest guy named Anthony came to my rescue and help me jump my car. I did not buy a car Anthony! but with the amount of customer service and just genuine care was amazing. The next time I'm about to buy a car this will be the first place I go. thanks again anthony!
Nice people, easy to work with
Subaru is nothing short of AMAZING!!!! My Tranny went out in my 2014 outback, after JUST hitting over 100k miles. Warranty only good for 10 years OR under 100,000 miles. To get a new one was going to cost me almost $7,000!! That’s over half what I still owe the bank loan for it. I drive to Portland from Salem 4 days a week for work which is very costly in itself and still owing the bank for the car loan along with 3 kids with my boyfriend, school loans, life expenses, etc etc, there was no way we were going to afford this ki... read more
