Had a fantastic experience negotiating with Anh Nguyen via text and phone -- I live about 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership so it was super important for me to have confidence and iron out all the details before making a long trip and putting miles on the vehicle I was trading in. Anh was super easy to work with, personable and literally answered every question I had. We were also able to complete most of the paperwork in advance to minimize the time we had to spend at the dealership.
