Had a good service adviser. The mechanics took care of a problem with the airbag senser on the passenger side, replaced the rear brakes and 5 light bulbs. I got my car back as scheduled. Overall I am very satisfied.

So we went to the dealership for the second time to test drive the car I really wanted. Found my sales person, Glen Allen, who gave us some information about the car in our previous visit. I see car buying as a zero-sum game. While I'm trying to get the score as low as possible, the dealership sales team is trying to get it as high as possible. In the process of buying my new Crosstrek Wilderness, I visited three dealerships. Only the team (Oliver, Tyler, Mark, and Keith) at Subaru of Portland made me feel like we were on the same side. They didn't sell me a car, they just helped me buy one. 🥰
