RecommendedHad a good service adviser. The mechanics took care of a problem with the airbag senser on the passenger side, replaced the rear brakes and 5 light bulbs. I got my car back as scheduled. Overall I am very satisfied.

RecommendedI see car buying as a zero-sum game. While I'm trying to get the score as low as possible, the dealership sales team is trying to get it as high as possible. In the process of buying my new Crosstrek Wilderness, I visited three dealerships. Only the team (Oliver, Tyler, Mark, and Keith) at Subaru of Portland made me feel like we were on the same side.
