RecommendedI had a great experience purchasing my next car: a new Outback. I love it. Mr. "Papa" Safari knows everything about this car. And he was so patient in showing me so many details. The financial and paperwork tasks were done efficiently with Jared. Very nice overall experience especially after visiting a different carmaker's dealership where the sales person and manager just were you know... not pleasant at all.

Recommendedoh my, a dealership that goes the extra mile. I didn't think these existed anymore but they do Subaru of Portland is the place to go, they are kind, willing to work with you, and they get you. Not many can say that but I can, if you want to be treated like a human no matter what and not a buyer then these are the people you want to buy from. I was respected, I was listed to and I mattered. Now that's a good Salesman!

RecommendedQuick service. Hope they did what was asked. New service advisor. I like. Not sure about tech guy. My tires got better since last service. its time for new tires. Very busy place. New digs are bigger but still chaotic to get into. Need to go back for clunk when turning left. Holiday weekend didn’t want to leave car or have loaner. ****
RecommendedMy experience was easy, and everyone including Kevin was friendly. They even had treats for my dog!
RecommendedMy service contact was friendly and told me how long the appt. would be and even came once to waiting area to give me an ETA on when car would be done.Waiting room is quite large and a beverage station.
