Quick service. Hope they did what was asked. New service advisor. I like. Not sure about tech guy. My tires got better since last service. its time for new tires. Very busy place. New digs are bigger but still chaotic to get into. Need to go back for clunk when turning left. Holiday weekend didn’t want to leave car or have loaner. ****
My experience was easy, and everyone including Kevin was friendly. They even had treats for my dog!
My service contact was friendly and told me how long the appt. would be and even came once to waiting area to give me an ETA on when car would be done.Waiting room is quite large and a beverage station.

Great service from Kevin who solved my battery problem and coordinated a complicated maintenance job all with a smile. Service was fast and I was on the road faster than expected.
I REALLY like that they have the same service advisor, as often as possible, work with you from the time you drop your car off to when you pick it up. That person also sends texts and updates you. My advisor this time was Kevin and he was GREAT! Very congenial and fun! I also like that it is VERY easy to schedule an appointment online. My ONLY complaint is that, since they moved the service department to a few blocks away from previously, when your car is done, they take it to a remote location and, sometimes it takes quite ... read more
