Took our car in for a recall this last week. They were very busy but got the car back to us the next day plus we had the use of a loaner car.
Very friendly and courteous, they explained everything and asked if it were ok if the car wasn’t done that day, which was fine because they provided a loaner but they did give me the option. Happy customer
When we first bought our car, Donavon was so amazing and took such good care of us and really helped us pick a good family car. For first time car owners. Chrysta, in the parts department (I believe), did an amazing job as well. Keeping us informed on what they did with our car for the recall part.
Tony and the rest of the service department took the time, effort and care to not only isolate an odd mechanical issue but ensured I was up to date in my maintenance schedule. Subaru Service, fast, reliable and trustworthy. Thank you again!

I had a great experience purchasing my next car: a new Outback. I love it. Mr. "Papa" Safari knows everything about this car. And he was so patient in showing me so many details. The financial and paperwork tasks were done efficiently with Jared. Very nice overall experience especially after visiting a different carmaker's dealership where the sales person and manager just were you know... not pleasant at all.
oh my, a dealership that goes the extra mile. I didn't think these existed anymore but they do Subaru of Portland is the place to go, they are kind, willing to work with you, and they get you. Not many can say that but I can, if you want to be treated like a human no matter what and not a buyer then these are the people you want to buy from. I was respected, I was listed to and I mattered. Now that's a good Salesman!
