I came to the front desk. One employee was checking a customer in. The other just stood there, pretending he didn't see me. He probably could have checked me in but chose to ignore my presence. It was late & I was tired.

Comfortable beds, make me feel like i was at home 😁
Easy to get to, plenty of parking. The guy at check in seemed annoyed but not rude. The room I was given was occupied but only took about 10 minutes to get a new room.

The hotel is advertised with a free shuttle service from O’Hara airport that was not the case with me. I arrived at 3:00 pm. Hotel never responded to my calls from the airport. So plan extra $25 for Uber transfer from the airport. The elevator did not work at the hotel when I arrived, I’ve got the room on the 2nd floor and no help with my laggage. Other than that everything was fine. I even got a smile from a nice lady at reception and my free ride to the airport next morning.

It is about 40 minute drive to downtown ( that includes traffic). It is located in the suburbs but nice as it is close to restaurants and there’s this japanese supermarket and foodcourt (named Matsua i believe) that has really great varieties of japanese noodles and asian foods). Overall it was a pleasant stay. The elevator is being renovated though so we took the stairs. They have washer and dryer in the 3rd floor which makes it convenient for us who were traveling by road from texas.
