Sometimes emails or texts did not get answered or the questions I asked were not addressed in the answers. Some of this may have been my fault in not quite understanding the process. I was probably a bit impatient after being rejected for the loan by BB&T and after Having to go through the process twice. Overall experience was good and Sue Ann is a very competent professional.
