I don't have a high opinion of banks in general and mortgage loan providers in particular and there were a few things that BankSouth did that I thought were inane, but from my experience with previous mortgage companies, pretty typical. As far as Sue Ann Guthman, however, she and her staff were FAR superior to any I have worked with in the past. Excellent responsiveness, professionalism, and courteousness. I would highly recommend Sue Ann to anyone who is in need of a mortgage loan.
