Recommendedwe use their Boarding facilities (and Daycare while in boarding). Our dog, Bear LOVES it there. When we drop him off, he will not even look back once they have put a leash on him.
RecommendedBrought my sweet fat cat here a few times and they were so great with him. Moved north for a few years but am back in the south end will only use them for my two cats! Great staff and very accommodating with my schedule.

RecommendedI have had mostly great experiences with the vet. There was only one time that was less than excellent and it was only durable to one doctor that didn't listen to what I was saying about what vaccines my dog had had.
RecommendedI brought my fur baby, Yoda, into Urgent Care. Everyone at the front desk were welcoming and made check in easy. They got me back yo room within 15 minutes and the Doctor was in to see me within another 10 minutes. Dr. Fielder did a thorough exam. She quickly put a plan together to help my little guy. We are thankful to Dr. Fielder and all the staff! Yoda will be returning to SVH for routine/preventative care moving forward. We recommend them to everyone looking for quality care.
RecommendedWe were away from home and our puppy was very sick. We took him to Sumner to get him emergency medical care. We were received right away and he got the best care possible. Even after all their efforts to keep him stable and save him, he passed away. We are so incredibly heartbroken by the loss of our beloved puppy but so grateful to the staff for taking such wonderful care of us and our little guy. We know they did everything in their power to help us.
RecommendedVery friendly staff. As I went there with my dog because of a minor medical medical emergency, I expected to wait. However, I didn’t expect to have to wait well over 3 hours before she was seen. They did apologize a few times. Fortunately, my dog is okay. Not too pricey, either.
Thanks again for your expert 4am emergency c-section assistance. We’ve been using you for years and will continue to do so. Abbee and her 4 pups are doing fantastic this afternoon.
They are getting to the root of my cats pain problem and treating him well. That’s what he needed this Memorial Day. You just can’t plan on zooming in and out. Other people have pets needing care too!
