My 20+ doxie had to be put down yesterday. The staff was amazing. They made a horrendous experience a lot easier to handle. They were caring and compassionate and made me feel more at ease with my decision. Thank you to all.

RecommendedThe staff were very caring, polite, and will even make you coffee and warn you about the temperature. They're very busy, but I have always interpreted this as a sign of quality in service. Dr. Lui was wonderful with our kitty and very knowledgeable. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The laboratory technician was fast, kind, and very efficient as they were very busy. RecommendedVERY informative and friendly staff. As well as a wide variety of loose leaf teas. If you like tea, then I'd highly recommend this place!!!!
