The plumber (Ben) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite, detailed, careful. Solve problem quickly. We are VERY disappointed with the cost. The Sun Plumbing pricing system is so very overpriced that we will never used the service again. Over $500 for replacing the cartridge in a shower handle. 10 min job. Absolutely obscene.
The technicians at sun plumbing are good and do good work. The 2 star review is from my most recent experience. The work itself was fine. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. No issues with him at all. The price was outrageous. I know plumbers are expensive and i expected that. However, the bill for them to replace a seal on the aqua piston on my kohler toilet, along with the standard fluid master valve thingy inside the tank and a new supply line was $355. how do you justify 3000. 00 dollars for a water heater install I WAS QUOTED OVER PHONE WHEN ALL OTHER WERE BETWEEN 1250. -1600.00

Your worker was excellent, Edward. Service in reasonable time. But the price was way too high…. I see I will have to shop around next time.
I have a broken water heater that I called to have repaired. I gave your office the make and model number of my water heater. The technician came, took a look at it could not fix it, did not stop the part for it and gave me no option for repair. Charged me $250 for absolutely nothing. A huge waste of my time. Basically he gave me instructions on how to order the part I needed and told me I could probably finish the job myself. I got all of that off of YouTube the night before. We will be talking further. They did an excellent job but never having had a main water line break I was shocked at the $900.00 charges.
Sun Plumbing is WAY WAY WAY overpriced. I will not be doing business with this company any more.
