Couldn’t fix problem after two expensive visits. Without water or toilets 3 days. Disaster.
This was an unsatisfactory transaction. The job was to replace all working parts in two toilets. The plumber showed up with parts that didn’t fit and put in temporary ones, with a commitment to order the correct parts and install them. We’ll see if that actually happens, and how much more I will be charged. Good luck with that BTW. These flushing mechanisms consist of a flushing lever and a flapper, and these are connected by a light stainless steel chain. Your charges for my toilet repair were outrageous, $355.00. I don't know how you can justify that much money to replace a flush valve and supply hose. There were no special problems found by your technician, very straight forward repair. The pricing is way out of wack, you even charged me a $40 trip charge, even though I had the repair completed by you. I will guarantee you, you will never get a dime of my money again. Guys were great and professionals. They fixed everything I needed done. Unfortunately I will have to call another contractor next time because your prices are way too high with this upfront pricing

$650.00 for a single toilet install? A little over the top.
Went smooth, although this toilet install was part if an earlier trimout estimate for entire house and wanted a toilet installed earlier prior to all remaining plumbing. Was charged for a complicated install, which was already reviewed as part of the earlier estimate so I don’t know why it wasn’t covered before and now it became complicated. Not sure why.? Understand it will be more because it’s an extra trip but all of a sudden it became complicated and cost more?
