Joe was great! He arrived and got right to the leak. He figured it out and really took good care of our property. He finished the job with no mess anywhere. This was a slab leak and you couldn't tell when he left. Thank you, Joe. Great job and great company.
Jason was able to find the problem. He is returning to correct the issue. Sun Plumbing has been there for all of my needs. Their work is excellent!!!!

My situation should have been to replace my broken hot water heater with a comparable one, paying for labor only per my warranty from Rheem. I called Sun Plumbing who asked for the number on the old heater.They said they had one that would work. I know nothing about hot water heaters, so I'm thinking that from the number I gave her, it would be around the same cost as the one I had. When I went to Home Depot my warranty only allowed me 414.00. pro rated for use? They said it cost around 500.00 new. So two things I am mad abo... read more

Cost is exorbitant. If you plan on breaking something and charging somebody $850 to fix it, you might want to let them know in advance. Additionally, $750 for 2 hours work is not reasonable.
