Thanks for asking for a review. I asked for an estimate from the website and very quickly was sent an email with an appointment scheduled for early the next day. Representative arrived right on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. I was disappointed with the quote for the amount of work required to install a stubbed out outdoor shower. Carl is excellent but the additional charges were excessive.. We paid twice to instal our faucets with the additional $267. Suggest this charge be reduced bt 59 %. Thank you.
Technician was at my location on July 27 2026 . He said he fixed the problem but 2 days later I checked it wasn’t working properly. I waited till Monday to call back he came and said no warranty have to pay full price again.
