Was asked to place 50% of the estimate up front which was not a problem. Turns out my whole cost(100%) was charged to my credit card. I believe this was an honest mistake and not some kind of sham. I need to pay more attention in the future. Confident the job will be done since it is already been paid for. Sun plumbing will do the right thing.

The plumber (Ben) was wonderful. Knowledgeable, polite, detailed, careful. Solve problem quickly. We are VERY disappointed with the cost. The Sun Plumbing pricing system is so very overpriced that we will never used the service again. Over $500 for replacing the cartridge in a shower handle. 10 min job. Absolutely obscene.
The technicians at sun plumbing are good and do good work. The 2 star review is from my most recent experience. The work itself was fine. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. No issues with him at all. The price was outrageous. I know plumbers are expensive and i expected that. However, the bill for them to replace a seal on the aqua piston on my kohler toilet, along with the standard fluid master valve thingy inside the tank and a new supply line was $355.
