The initial presentation by Joe was spot on. I personally felt like I was home 'chillin' with family. Shabbat was professional, informative, respectful and she listened instead of overwhelming me just for the sake of selling a package - outstanding customer care and service. My rating on a scale of 1-10 is a 20!!!!
Excellent facility and faculty. Presentation of vacation plans was terrific. We had Andre talk to us after the presentation who did a wonderful job explaining everything. Andre was extremely welcoming and easy to talk to.
