I had the pleasure of having Shelby as my travel Agent. She did amazingly well. She has amazing customer service skills. I felt at home, I'm a visual learner and Shelby showed me the destinations up close and personal. The touch screens were a great touch to my experience. Being able to physically see where I could possibly be vacationing made the experience so worthwhile. I appreciate Shelby and the whole entire staff at Sundance. Keep up the great customer service!
