Everyone was knowledgable about the company and the vacation blocks. Very polite and respectful.

The resort and staff were absolutely fantastic. A bit pricey in my opinion. Clearer information about locating the travel arrangements after landing, where to look. We really wish that the resort recycled the plastic bottles. Because you can not drink the water you use a lot of plastic water bottles and they are just thrown in the trash. A bottle opener in the room is needed for the beer that is stocked in the fridge. Palm Island Resort is very serene place to visit. Beautiful beach, excellent services and villa was very nice. We will visit again.
