Everyone was very nice
Your salesforce was amazing, if I had the money that day I would of been sold...
First class treatment and communication..great offers and deals for vacation packages, outstanding service !
Fabulous presentation, wonderful customer service and we are looking forward to many fabulous memorable vacations
From the original phone call to us saying goodbye everyone was polite, and professional. Even though it wasn't right for us at this time the product can and does sell itself. Our experience was all positive.
Great
Regene (i know i misspelled here name) made the presentation very fun and relaxed. She quickly understood what I was wanting from the pitch and adjusted so it was more of a conversation vice a sales presentation What I did not appreciate was the 'manager' using the phrase " so, what is holding you back?" That did sour the experience somewhat
Business response:
Hi Will, Thanks for the feedback! I'll pass this on to the Director in the Sundance Vacations Washington, DC location. Enjoy the complimentary trip! Warm regards, The Team at Sundance Vacations
It was a great experience and no pressure.
We'd like to experience a trip before making a big commitment. Staff were personable & helpful.
