Great place nice and quaint. Needs a better frying pan but otherwise, we had everything that we needed. Very close to the beach and in a friendly atmosphere.
The villa that we stayed at was lovely!!!!
The resort was well manicured and conveniently located on ocean front. The resort staff was wonderful and very friendly. The single rooms were dated and the cleaning service is not doing a good job. I took photos while on site and sent to Sage to show her how dirty our 2 bedroom unit was. I never received any response back from her. Very disappointing. I did not allow it to ruin our vacation but I will hesitate to recommend HHI to future travelers.
For the most part it was a nice vacation. I had a small problem locating the check in facility. A little more information regarding it's location would be helpful for future vacationers. The Lely Resort is lovely. The condo we were in was fine, clean for the most part. The lanai was unfortunately used previously by a smoker and still had residual odor which was not okay and made opening the door for fresh air not an option. At first I was disappointed our first night to wake up and find out the pool was drained but Sundance went to measures of accomendating me. However they was book through there network. They really went far for our first vacation. They even went out the network to make sure we have a great time and it was amazing. I would recommend Sundance for anyone who want to get away with family. Great memories we have now. Thanks Sundance vacation
We stayed at the Ocean Creek Resort and loved it! Check in and check out were easy and the resort property was very well kept! Our family enjoyed all the the amenities the resort had to offer, especially our ocean view! Also close to many restaurants and shopping. Barefoot Landing was great for shopping. Definitely would stay here again. :)
This is good and bad. Upon arrival our room had no air conditioning. I was very upset about the second bedroom which I did not consider a bedroom. No windows, a bed and TV on side of wall. I was quite embarrassed for my guest. I would never book a 2 bedroom again. After 2 hours of waiting for the air conditioning to get fixed they finally moved us and at least up graded us to a 3 bedroom which was beautiful. Resort at Little Harbor was very nice. I was disappointed though because we booked this resort because of the fact that resort offered on site watersports. When we checked in we were told that watersports were closed for the two weeks that we were there. I think that Plan With Tan should communicate better with resort so that we can know what we be available the weeks when we book. Also the kitchen was not very well stocked.
