Leslee was very encouraging from the first phone call to invite me! Personable sincere friendly and open to my questions! I was running late due to traffic & construction in the Brookfield area so called to inform him and he was very polite & so totally accommodating with a calm & easygoing response! The people were very friendly and polite and I spoke with Miss Patty who reminded me of home. So comforting and not putting on pressure. If my situation were different I would have made her look like the hugest sales woman.

The area and location was great. Many of the major sites were very accessible and even Salt Lake City was only 45 minutes drive away. The facility had a nice pool and hot tubs. The rooms were very basic - maybe too basic. There was only exactly 4 towels and no extra sheet set or comforter for use of the very uncomfortable pull-out couch. There were only 3 pillows, 2 of which had cases. There was also no instructions about the facility - we had to call to find out how to access the parking garage, pool, etc and we had to look... read more
We were very pleased with what you are offering but at this point in our lives we don't travel me. We feel it was a great offer but not for us. Everyone treated us with the up most respect

Made reservations at the Hotel Molokai, HI over the phone and everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It was completely stress free and had a super enjoyable time at our destination. Easiest travel plans I've ever made!
The location was excellent. There were some concerns: the room smelled damp/mildewish. The bathtub had a hole on the side. The patio door was not secure. The patio ceiling was dripping. Otherwise, the accommodations were good. Close to beach, gas station, strip mall, and roads.
