The villa was spacious and clean. The staff was nice and the pool, club house and tiki bar were great.
Day #1- cock roach found under the top sheet on one bed Day #2- cock roach walking across my son's chest when he woke in the morning; Drinking glasses in the cabinet found dirty and stained. Day #4- went to use the dish drain to dry dishes- at least a dozen 'water bugs' scattered under the sink (where the drain board was), drain board was too gross to even use Day #4- cock roach walking on the patio that evening Shared these complaints with managing agency....response: We can't control what is brought in by people who stay ... read more
Great location, and within walking distance to the main street of Winter Park, CO. The condo is spacious and has a lot of amenities. The only thing that would have made it better would be a washer/dryer in the condo, but there is a laundry service in the guest house. We would definitely stay here again!!! We did a lot of hiking, and Winter Park was a great location to many awesome trails and activities.
This was our first vacation with Sundance and we are counting down the days to the next one! Deep Creek MD was wonderful! It’s an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise! Lakes, trails, parks, boating, kayaking, etc. Awesome! Planning on going in the winter to ski, board, snowshoe, snowmobile, etc. Can’t wait!
Everything was what we hoped it would be.Hopefullyare next trip will be just as good.
We used the property in Branson MO, and it needed some service. Doorhandles were too loose to work correctly, and the towel rack fell off the wall. Service came within 48 hours, but I would have preferred it correct from the beginning. The walls were also extremely thin, and can neighbor had a dog that barked constantly. Also were at a lake property, and the lake access was not great. The path wasn't well maintained, and there was no easy way in. Overall, it was pretty, but I probably wouldn't stay again.
I loved the property and all the amenities it had to offer but there were a couple of things about the 3 bedroom townhouse that I didn't like. First the only bathroom on first floor is located in master bedroom and this forces everyone else to have to go up to second floor when then need to go to bathroom. Second, the 2 couches in living room were old and had a lot of stains and not very much padding for sitting. Seclusion at it's finest! No one close to you, no traffic or any noises other than nature! The closest McDonald's is about 25 miles away. Nice lake beach within 25 miles. The cabin is extremely well kept, other than the unfinished basement. Much smaller than the pictures portrayed but still great. Few old towns within 25 to 30 minutes away. Not much to offer but something to do. Spend a week just relaxing. Never see anyone! Best to get groceries before you get there. Had to spend two days waiting for the internet ... read more
The place has a great location and was very clean . Was wonderful having a full size washer/dryer. Unfortunately the mattresses had plastic covers that were all torn on all the beds. The mattresses are long past needing to be replaced. Patio furniture was a let down. The plastic Adirondack chairs left white marks on who ever sat on them.
