The room was 4 blocks from beach. When we signed is they told us we would be 2 blocks or less from the beach. The kitchen had limited pots and pans and no plastic kids cups or storage containers. There were ants and we called for nontoxic spray and it was never delivered. Also, I called client services regarding parking and they were not not knowledgeable about the parking at all. We did like that there was a key pad and the the beach tags were on the counter.
Nice condo to experience OBX for the first time.
Costa Rica is a beautiful country and the staff at Pacifico were very accommodating when we inquired about activities in the area. We wish there were more living room furniture so our whole family of 5 could sit together and we wished the A/C vent didn't blow right on us on the couch when there was no blanket for a cover up.
The location and facilities were great! You simply couldnt beat the location!

We had a good experience. He had a good presentation. The package he presented was very attractive but not what we were looking for right now in our retirement.
Enjoyed the beach and the fact that it was not crowded. The room was very clean but the décor could have been updated a little bit
Check in was a little annoying. We never had a problem with Tan before. Tried calling the check in office many times?with questions & no return call. Told us we couldn't check in to exactly 4. We had to sit on the sofa in the office even though they said the property was ready. We didn't have cable or internet all week. The message on tv said owner didnt reconnect service.
