My experience was good . The only problem was the hassle of providing your own everything once I got to the unit
Our trip was great. The resort was outstanding we really didn't even have to leave if we didn't want to. We were only about 10 minutes from every different thing we wanted to do including Busch Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Beach, and Yankee Candle. That was our first trip Sundance so hopefully the other nine we have go just as well!
We enjoyed going to the beach, running, tennis, boardwalk, eating out, Ripley's

Loved our stay in Phoenix! Relaxed by the pool, cooked most meals in our own kitchen, the kids loved their bedroom and there was so much to do in the area!
Another great vacation at Hilton Head beach & tennis!
The presentation was great and straight forward with no hidden agendas. And as promised all gifts were delivered with no issues.
Very personable rep. Easy, no pressure approach. Looked out for my investment.
