Room for improvement didn't like that we were offered a food coupon in replace of the tablet!
My experience at Sundance Vacations located in the Monroeville Mall was neither fantastic or horrible. I was "lured" into the location based on a promotion/drawing at a Pittsburgh Pirates game. The contest was said to be an entry to win Pirates tickets with no other information attached. When called was informed about the Sundance vacation promotion and told about a tablet. You guys were awesome. I think that you should contact people that showed interest quarterly or annually. Maybe to see if there circumstances has changed at all and if so offer great deals. You wouldn't lose
The house was nice and very clean. The pool was great and was a very nice amenity. We had two issues that bothered us. The first is there were cock roaches in the house. The second was the whirlpool tub, as the jets did no work properly. They did not have hardly any pressure. A couple disappointments however we did enjoy our stay overall.

Everything was ready for us when we arrive. The only thing we question is why we had to pay for extra towels when we pay our maintenance fees
Nice resort, Lot of activities, GREAT personnel. Only complaint is that the furniture badly needed replaced, which I was told was in the process. We just happened to be assigned a unit that had not yet been updated.

Going into the meeting, my wife was very skeptical. Two hours later she was the one making the decision to go forward with the vacation package.
