It was a nice trip.
With the exception of not getting towels replaced or the room cleaned for a full week everything else was satisfactory
Location was excellent. The accommodations were warmly inviting. Will return in the future during winter for skiing.
The condo was great but the place was under construction. It was out in the boonies, too. I didn't care for those two things. The pools were beautiful.
The studio was what we wanted for the week.
Very nice the only thing I would asked that u put pot holders in the kitchens
Very friendly and informative! Oh and yes also very patient. lol
My family and I had a thoroughly enjoyable time at Puerto Plata. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return soon.
