I'd expected to have service for the room included. Hotel staff were nice and friendly.
I want to know how can I cancel my contract. I was lead to believe that the house or rooms they put you in is clean and everything works. I even booked at a location and they called me the night before I was suppose to leave to the location and said they changed my stay to somewhere else the house was some dirty and the sheets were so itchy I had to buy cleaning products to disinfect the house especially since I have little children. Stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort Building B and loved it! Exceptionally clean and beautiful! Will definitely stay there again, again, and again :-)
