The people we spoke with was wonderful. They tried to help us get the charter package every way possible just our financial situation would not permit us to obtain it. I would highly recommend Sundance vacations to anyone.

The employees did a great job with friendliness and knowledge however the typical let's make a deal mentality is getting old. Having to go through 3 people to really see the bottom line is unfortunate. the product was typical and the navigation of the service needs improvement.. The free gift is really not free.
