The lady that explained everything to us was very nice and explained everything in full detail. She took her time with us and was very patience with us because we had our baby. She did an amazing job of letting us know what the company is all about.

The customer service provided by Sundance was PHENOMENAL. They did everything they could to get me the best possible deal! Gerard made the experience super easy. He was informative, patient, reassuring, and kind. Marc presented a very informative presentation and stepped in when Gerard could not answer some of my questions. Anita made the final decisions on some things and she was incredibly nice as well. Such a wonderful experience working with Sundance Vacations!
George was great presentor of concept. The two Alexes were excellent in discussion. Chris was a great closer. Concept was just bad timing for me this year.
You guys where VERY professional and accommodating, you worked with me and helped my dream, to take my 8yr old daughter on her 1st vacation comfortably and reality. I thank you all so much. You have no idea how this will change our life.

I liked your company a lot. The presentation was excellent. You showed all advantage of what the company provides to their customers. Perfect destinations for the vacation. It covers winter and summer vacation plans. The deal you offered was the best. The agent Dalia is very professional. She explains thing very well, looks for the best deals for clients. Overall we had very experience and definitely will recommend your company for our friends.
