I wasn't satisfied with my visits and the overall services I received from Dr. Sunny and one of his staff members. First of all Dr. Sunny overcharges for his services which I rate a 3. The work he did on my mouth was poorly done and over priced. I was lied to about when I would get my partial in. I waited almost an entire month to receive one tooth, and it didn't last a year. People at the front desk were very polite and professional. Very comfortable chairs in the waiting room. Process of getting xrays is quick and easy. Dr. Sunny is very informative on what he's going to do and makes sure you understand and are ok with it. Let me tell you, I was so numb I couldn't feel my nose. He pulled 5 front teeth and as soon as he started, it was all over in 12 minutes. Painless. That's until the Novocaine wore off. If I could, I would give it 21 stars. Highly recommend. Awesome Dentist and staff. I called them as I was dealing with a very painful and debilitating toothache. They were booked but the receptionist spoke to the dentist and they graciously worked me in. I am so grateful for how well they attended to me and eventually got to the “root” cause of my pain and offered treatment. I highly recommend Sunny Dental Center.
Will be my Primary Dentist here going forward everyone is nice and so caring all the to the front desk to Dr. Sunny so sweet had me laughing the entire time even the assistant was super sweet thank you for making my experience great . I highly recommend!!
I really loved all the people who worked there. (The ones I met) the assistant was super nice & gentle with my bad teeth. It barely hurt. She was very caring. The lady who worked up front was super down to earth & very nice. The dentist, was okay as well. But I do honestly feel he is trying to do to much work to my teeth. I’m hoping he just knows better than me & isn’t just trying to milk my insurance. I do plan on going back though because everyone was so nice. Fingers crossed. I do recommend this practice.
