Discharge Office was amazing Business Office Amazing All TA's were Amazing Medical Staff Amazing ALLL Counselors EXCEPT Linda Schmidt were Amazing she Called my Family When I specifically Asked her not to and I felt sometimes She Heard but did not listen to what I said
I really enjoyed working with my counselor, Amanda. The TA'S were very helpful and friendly. The waiting line for the meds at fish bowl was horrible. (Need to increase staff)
The staff were wonderful, considerate, and helpful. Everyone was willing to accommodate any request, that policy allowed. The Nursing staff were willing to go out of their way to make this difficult time as comfortable as possible
The staff at Sunrise House Treatment Center was extremely polite, accommodative, and responsive. They all seemed genuinely interested in providing the best patient care, and were truly invested in the recovery journey of their patients. In terms of amenities, the food in particular was very good, the beds were comfortable, and the facilities were very scenic.
Mr. Casiano received the best care possible in this facility. mr. Kurtis has help me tremendously.
All of the staff here were excellent and the counselors were great and i learned so much from them as well as my fellow patients
I have learned and gotten a lot from sunrise house. the counselors are very good. I have a certain diet i have to follow and it was very hard to. To much fried food and everything so cover in salt or comes out of a can or boil in bag.
My experience here has exceeded my expectations, and although I had to leave for personal reasons after only a couple days, this facility has great resources that I wish to take advantage of more in the future.
