Overall my experience here at Sunrise was excellent.
Staff was wonderful and the building is amazing beautiful. Whenever I needed anything they responded in a timely and professional manner. And the food was also very good. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Five stars all around.
It needs to be disclosed how long someone is on a medical taper for when they first check in so that the patient knows how long they are staying and they can communicate that with their work. It was hard to let my work know how long I was staying for because I had no access to my phone and I did not know that leaving before my taper was technically AMA. While at Sunrise I was transitioned from intake to the Detox floor in a timely fashion. They immediately evaluated me and began my treatment, making me feel as comfortable as possible for Detox. Staff was very considerate to my needs and helped me with any concerns.
The counselors and staff has taught me a new way of thinking and control my emotions which could benefit me for the rest of my life.
Staff was great, Nurses were great, overall, it was a pleasure to enroll in this facility.
I was only able to attend the detox program due to insurance issues but I learned some invaluable skills. The staff here are friendly and accommodating. I was extremely apprehensive coming into this facility but easily made friends. I wish I could have stayed longer because I know that the facility had a lot more to offer. I would highly recommend Sunrise House to anyone that is struggling with addiction.
