I have no email/computer so my discharge planner used hers. My counselor, Angelica was very good as well as Kat. Joe Gayle taught me a lot about my addictiion. I enjoyed all of the groups.It was a short 90 days for me, the time went by quickly.
Curtis is very helpful, down to earth and caring. He will do whatever he can to help!
Staff was great - i would recommend this place to others.
Overall, my experience was good here at Sunrise. I've now been here 3 or 4 times and each time was solid. I would make a few recommendations, specifically at toxic. While I know some of the patients are severely not well, there needs to be more structure, with more groups, and things to do. Sitting around playing with games, puzzles, drawing sleeping etc. might be good for some, we need other options for others to partake in - mediation, relapse prevention groups, art therapy - whatever, just something. my stay here have been very enlightening, I had time to clear my head, learn some more about me and grow tremendously, the counseling staff is great each in there own way, food is satisfying, nursing staff with the exception of nurse dawn ( she is totally sucks at her job) is ok (Marcene is the best nurse on staff ) housekeeping needs to be retained totally
The staff was very helpful, I learned a lot more then I thought I was going to by being here, and Alex is the best Discharge Planner ever.

Overall it was a great treatment stay. Ladies were friendly, helpful and very sweet. Most staff were wonderful, a few need to think about a career change.
