i have enjoy my stay here.
My experience here has been somewhat of a blessing in disguise. I didn't know what to expect at first but the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and informative. They have given me great tools to move forward with my life in a healthier light, tools that have helped me rediscover my sense of self prior to my addiction. My overall experience here at Sunrise was disappointing at times with not giving me my medication I should take everyday, and with having trouble with nurses telling me my medication wasn't in the system, when they had just gave me my meds hours before, or the previous day. I did enjoy groups and engaged and learned a lot that I am very grateful for, but I must say there is a lot of work that needs to be changed.
The counselors and treatment advocates were absolutely wonderful with helping me become comfortable within the facility so that I could get the most out the program to excel at my recovery.
