Staff are friendly and reassuring. Really got to know one of the staff members really well, who is also in recovery.
Great community setting with other peers. From counselors, TAs, Nurses, Cafeteria staff and other departments always received courteous care from individuals that demonstrated an interest in my needs. Facility could use updates in bedrooms/bathrooms/infrastructure. As well as how the overall process is handled ( documents, check-in, etc. ) Overall a positive environment for recovery.
Staff was Awesome worked hard to help me out in a situation.

Lack of communication between the different support staff groups.
Everything and more that I needed! i cant thank the staff enough for everything that i learned. My counselor Kat and her team mate Angelica are the DREAM TEAM. they went above and beyond for my every need! you get what you put into this and they not only taught me so much but made me come out of my shell. also Brianna and Doreen were so amazing that i looked forward to having and eventually running the n/a groups at night. Thanks to the Sunrisehouse, I am on my way to recovery. Due to a clear mind and sobriety I can move on with my life, Due to the care and guidance of the speakers, Counselors and Dr. D.
The nurses and staff were wonderful. I would recommend Sunrise to others.
