Overall, the process was clear and easy. I did not have to do anything else after the firstconsultation. Chad and John are amazing in keeping informed. So far, I have not used the solar since the inspection is pending but the installation process is clear and sample.
The process has been simple and the install went as expected. Sales agent Eric was always available throughout the process.
The process from the beginning with Eli has been great every bit of information has been given and no matter the time if I had any questions they were answered no problem and everything has been amazing. I will definitely let other know about sunvena
My experience with Sunvena was very positive. Donnie ******* arrived at our home with great productknowledge and thoroughlywent through the process if we decided to go with solar. Answered all questions me and my husband had, provided time for us to consider our options and his follow through was amazing as he keeps us up to date on the status from permitting to installing. We are very satisfiedwith his professional demeanor and will recommendhim to others as he made this process very simple.
SunVena has been great throughout the whole process. David was very helpful during the paperwork and permit phases. It was easy to call or text him and get immediate results. We also appreciate that SunVena does their own roofing and provide a great warranty.
The whole experiencehas been great so far during the process We have been informed and explained about everything. The attention of Jason is wonderful representative, responsible and respectful,thanks Sunvena for an incredible job!
Joseph was very helpful as he was able to answer my questions and show me the benefits of having Solar. The installation team was fast, friendly and even came on the weekend to do my installation.
We got recommendedby my friend Monica ******* and her cousin was the one that came and did all the paper work and everything for us. Experienced for us has been fine so far, if we have any problems we know we can reach out to CJ's and we can get an answer.Thank you Sunvena for this great experience
