The overall experience from beginningto end was extremely easy, Jon C.+ Chad R were a great team to deal with on the inside workings of all the details. Also the field crews were efficient in everyway aspect of this project, so they deserve the most credit in my opinion.
First, Alan did an excellent job explaining our options and helping decide on the option that fit both our budget and goals with the solar system. Second, the installers were very efficientand polite. Finally, the whole process has went well the only thing I would recommend is a little more information on how the process goes after purchasing. We have a great experience working with Matt and we Will they been awesome. They explain everything about solar. They also give me the advice to remove a tree next to my houseand will help on getting more efficient on the panels.Theyhelp me on a Sat cutting thetree down. Greatguys are very helpful. We have had a great experience with SunVenna. Our sales rep, Shawn gave us all the information about solar and walked us through the process of installation, permits and how the system works. He was very friendly and never tried to push us into making a decision. Shawn showed us how we could save on our electric bills by going solar and the decision to go with SunVenna was very good one.
