My experience was incredible. Stefan was polite and respectful; he was extremely knowledgeable and kept the communication open during the entire process. He was always available if I had any questions or concerns. When the team arrived, I was out of town and my college boys were here to assist them if needed. They had no complaints and the job was completed in a timely manner even with the bad weather. Amazing company.

Overall we had a very good experience with Sunvena. We had the solar installed and the roof replaced at a very good price. They were very accommodatingto our custom needs, like setting up an RV plug in addition to the solar. They were also very fair, we asked to have the HVAC evaluated in case it needed to be changed and they came back saying that it wasn't recommended to have that changed, that it's still effective. We were very pleased with the experience from the start through to the installation. Both Chad and Jon presented the options very well, and they did a great job explaining the savings potential so that we were able to make a well informed decision. Boomoo and Matt had wonderful personalities, along with presentation skills, and knowledge of solar. They answered all of my questions., The installations process was done well, The only issue was with Duke Energy as they took their time to initialize the system. Now that I'm totally connected, I see that I'm sending Duke my solar generated electricity.

Nick and Liz were great to work with explaining all about SunVena. I had already spoken to friends who had the solar panels installed a year ago and asked if they were still happy with getting the solar. They responded absolutely! The process was flawless and communication was great. I would definitely recommend SunVena to anyone considering buying solar for their home.

Sunvena was great to work with throughout the solar installation process. Our consultant, Beau, was available to us every step of the way and ensured the project was done without any issues.
