Iāve been building fences and decks for almost 3 years as a independent contractor and agreed to do a couple of jobs for this company. 1st job was 72 ft black metal fence for $500 which is about 7$ a foot, way below my typical rate but understood this was trial job for both of us and expected the next job to be at a more typical rate. 2nd job 207 ft offered was for 7$ ft. ..
