The entire process working with Superior Fence and Rail has been wonderful. Josh was knowledgeable and patient with answering all of our questions. Nancy was a joy to speak with and was extremely communicative. Raul, Erling & Gumercindo were extremely polite and diligent in their work and cleanup after installation. They even collected some of the rocks that were dug up during the process and added them neatly and decoratively around our existing fire pit. Our neighbors have all commented about how wonderful the fence looks.
On time, polite, finished quickly and cleaned up before final walkthrough. 2nd time using them, happy to do so again in the future
The two workers sent to do the job was very kind and professional, they made sure and go over everything before starting, throughout the install, and after. Thank you

This process started out seamlessly, but quickly turned out to be one of the biggest headaches. We purchased a fence from Superior to go around our pool. Our pool construction continued to get delayed (out of our control, but that didn’t matter to Superior). They sent 811 to our home every other week for almost 9 months, to mark our utilities for an install. Every time 811 would show up, I’d let Shannon/April know that we were in fact, not ready. Very well-made quality product and assembled on site for better quality product to give a sleek, classy elegant quality finished Look to any location used …and installation staff was very professional and took meticulous measurements for every section to assure accuracy. No thin box store material used here only thick well-made, and very sturdy Anchored securely I highly recommend Superior fence and rail for all your needs.
