I called more than half a dozen companies including those that were recommended by the neighborhood group. Some of the companies gave me a quote without coming out, but had clauses in their contracts that prices would go up based on what their actual work ended up being. I did not like that at all. I ended up taking an estimate that was in the middle of the price range. Only a few hundred different from the low estimate that came from Lex. (Lex did not even come out to look at the property). I will start off by saying that Superior Fence and Rail delivered immaculate service, from the quote all the way to the installation and follow up. I have NEVER had an experience this effortless and this smooth when it comes to a working with a contractor. They were very transparent throughout the entire process and they met all of the scheduling expectations that they set.
